Hi there! My name’s Mirsad Hasic and I am the host of this site! I’ve been really involved in fitness my whole life and I wanted a way to share my knowledge with everyone for the long term, so I decided to create this site.
Ab-Solutely-Fit.com represents the passion I have for fitness and health. I really wanted to come out of the gate as an original voice – there’s just too many “me too” sites out there!
I did some pretty heavy research and wrote my own content based on the science of fitness, not all of the bullsh*t and chest thumping you see online today. I just want to make this clear before you really get into my site.
Here’s a fine example of the “crap” I’m talking about-if someone told you that you can sit at home, do some 5 minute exercises and have a great set of ripped and shredded abs…you just got lied to.
Why do you think people that are serious about fitness spend so much time with exercises?
If there really was a magic bullet, trust me, everyone would be doing it! Second, the commercials you see all the time about some ridiculous looking machines that will give you six pack abs is even them completely bull!
I assure you, there is no such machine and people demonstrating this kind of crap are hired actors that get pay for doing this!
Find one of these actors in real life and ask him about the best 6 pack abs tips. Do you think this person would tell you to buy this machine? I doubt so…
Third, the top secret formula to becoming fit is to, eat raw and unprocessed food, participate in fitness activities and keep doing so for the rest of your life.
Ehm, wait, what did you say, do that for the rest of my life?
Yes, this is it, the solution is not some new rehashed low carbohydrate or fat diet, not some super pills you order on the later TV commercials and absolutely not yo-yo dieting.
Understand this; your body is made to exercise, period.
I can’t count how many positive things you get from exercising but the most important one is that you will increase your chances greatly to stay healthy during your lifetime.
Yes, I know what you’re thinking: you’re tired. You work a lot. You have a lot of things on your plate. Guess what? You still are going to have to train and train hard!
Your abs aren’t just going to fall from the sky, it takes a lot of hard work!
So, my advice to you is to start exercising and make it a habit, even if you feel tired and unmotivated and you just want to make a lot of excuses.
Excuses will not get you fit, but they will help you get fat!
If you just follow the outlined formula above “raw food + exercise = fit” you’ll never want to go back to your old life once you start seeing the results.
